Fight to Live

Welcome to my blog, a little background I was dx in 2008 @ 29 with Stage IV Triple Negative Breast Cancer. It just happens that TNBC is an aggressive cancer that can only be treated with Chemo and supposivley doesn't have a good survival rates.

I also have an auto immune disorder who most hadn't heard of into a famous tennis player admitted she had it, Sjogren's Syndrome.

I started this blog as a way to keep family who are spread from NC to California and a few serving in the armed forces oversea's up to date. One gets tired of repeating the same thing over and over again just like the exercise in school when you pass a message time it gets to 3th person it has already chagned. I am not the first in our large family to battle Cancer and I will not be the last since our family has the Brac 1 gene.

Please help with finding a cure for ALS, three years ago my young cousin who struggled to make it to her Sweet 16 was taken away far too soon. The hardest part of the fight for me was when she asked me when we where alone before she got her feeding tube, three simple words "Will it hurt", she was talking about dying. She also wanted to know if her mother had suffered when she passed from the same disease. I told her no and that her mother had passed peacefully, but really at 31 I shouldn' have to talk with a 15 about death. Both of us were fighting to live, I am still here while she is waiting in heaven.
